Located in Walnut Creek and drawing a crowd from the SF tech market presents its own unique set of challenges, retaining those employees once you have them on board presents even more challenges. We partnered with Yapstone to help them define their culture within their new Walnut Creek space, appealing to the existing employee base while opening up the doors for a newer, younger employee base. It was a journey of exploring and refining combined with a tight timeline and a "it is what it is" budget scenarios.
